Completely renovated and recently decorated, the accommodation offers two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds, ensuring nights of absolute rest. The kitchen, equally renovated, is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals with comfort. In the laundry room, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, ensuring all practicality during your stay.



The common areas stand out for their spaciousness and abundant natural light that enters through the large windows distributed throughout the bedrooms and living room. The living and dining room, in an open concept, is cosy and harmonious, with direct access to the inviting balcony, where you can contemplate the tranquil sea or enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors.



Just a few minutes away, the Ponta do Sol beach enchants with its bay of calm and crystal-clear waters. In the surrounding area, you will find typical restaurants, cosy cafés and small cultural activities, completing the experience of an authentic and relaxing stay.



The rurality of the area provides easy access to iconic levadas and trails of the island, such as the Levada Velha dos Canhas, the Levada do Moinho and Cabo da Levada, ideal for exploring the surrounding nature. And even in the middle of the countryside, small services such as mini market, petrol station and various dining options are just a few minutes away, ensuring all convenience.
