On the outside, you will find a sheltered landscaped area, ideal for relaxing outdoors, perfect for enjoying the island's mild climate, also featuring a small shared barbecue area. In this charming outdoor space, you will also find a small laundry room, fully equipped, also shared.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
