Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.Den Gartenbereich konnte man nicht nutzen, weil die Terrasse, gegenüber gelegen, komplett mit Sperrmüll vollgestellt war und der kleine Garten sehr ungepflegt war. Der Grill war nicht nutzbar, verrostet und schmutzig.
