The property, with a maximum capacity of up to 5 people, features three bedrooms with a privileged sea view, two bathrooms divided across two floors, a cosy living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.



On its exterior, you can enjoy the traditional-style viewpoint that will undoubtedly be the ideal space for your outdoor references.

With barbecue prepared and furnished accordingly, this will provide you with the perfect environment for a memorable evening.



The property also offers parking capacity for one car.



The emblematic Canhas zone is distinguished by its tranquillity, its mild and regular temperature throughout the year, making it an ideal refuge.



Located in the municipality of Ponta do Sol, it is just minutes away from some tourist points of interest such as Ponta do Sol beach, the majestic Cascata dos Anjos waterfall and the Levada do Moinho - Levada Nova.



The perfect location of the village still leads you to many other points of interest such as the well-known sandy beach of Calheta, to a perfect sunset at Praia do Paúl do Mar.

All these facilities are further complemented by the short distance from the city of Funchal, about 25 minutes away.
