Portion of a late 19th century farmhouse with characteristic ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors. Only 18 km from Florence, it enjoys a magnificent view of the Chianti Rufina countryside.
Divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor entrance and living room. On the first floor dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, one double and bathroom with tub. Nice and comfortable furnishings.
Large garden with barbecue. and children's play area. On the farmyard, opposite the living room, there is a beautiful stone loggia furnished for outdoor dining.
Equipped swimming pool 6x12 wide and 1.2 meters deep, located in an olive grove overlooking the Chianti valley. Open from May to September from 10-18. 30.

Prachtige plek met rijke historie

Mooie locatie, als konden we we alleen via een zeer slecht onderhouden weg en aan het einde onverharde weg komen. Authentieke nederzetting met enkele woningen. Ons appartement was enorm groot, maar bijzonder ingedeeld.
