Upstairs: The primary suite features a king bed, oceanfront balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite with double sinks and walk-in shower. Nice little house, right on the beach. Everything was very nicely set up and made available to us on arrival. Communication before and during was great and we very much enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well kept and the outside had nice and easy access to the beach. Thank you so much!

The location was absolutely perfect with stunning views! The calming sound of the ocean while watching the sun rise right from bed was lovely. The house was very cozy and homey, decorated with a beach feel and a Christmas touch. We brought our bikes and were able to ride down to so many trails at the nature preserve right from the house. Kelly was a great host who was both kind and super responsive. She gave us great tips for restaurant options which we definitely used…. Cap’s on the Water was our favorite! It was only 15 minutes into St Augustine for night of lights while getting to stay where it was peaceful and calm. Our dog felt right at home. We also appreciated that you could close the front gate for added privacy. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Exquisite property

The perfect beach getaway for a family of seven plus a dog. Not too far from town but far enough to feel like you are getting away. The view is amazing. House is beautifully decorated. Has everything one could need, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, a cute dog area outside, dog toys, children’s toys, books, games, etc. we loved our stay.
