Salt air drifts through the moment you step onto the balcony, and the Atlantic stretches out ahead - wide, unobstructed, and close enough that the shoreline sits just steps from the deck. Light shifts across the water through the day, settling into a warm coastal glow by evening. Sorry, No Pets.
 
Living space
Spread across three levels, this oceanfront home holds up to 12 guests. The main level opens directly to a full-length balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Inside, ample seating gathers around an HDTV with streaming, and a dedicated workspace stays separate from the main living areas. Wifi covers the whole home.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three ocean-facing bedrooms on the third floor open right onto the balcony. The primary suite pairs a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while two more bedrooms each hold a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom. Downstairs, a king bedroom has its own full bathroom - this room does not open to the back deck. A separate bunk room on the same floor holds two sets of bunk beds alongside a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils on hand. A breakfast bar suits fast mornings, and two dining tables seat the whole group together.
 
Outdoor & arrival
A beachfront deck and multiple balconies keep the coastline close. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Free driveway parking covers up to three vehicles, and self check-in via keypad keeps arrival simple and flexible.
