The kitchen/living room leads to a balcony. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor features one double bedroom with a balcony exit, a room with two 90cm x 200cm beds, and a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet. The top floor boasts a double bedroom with a rooflight and hand-basin. The villa has parquet floors throughout.
