In the heart of the village and at the foot of the church, this cottage is housed in one of the oldest houses in Ponteilla. Exposed stone walls, woodwork, terracotta floors, all the period features have been carefully preserved and highlighted. The furniture is consistent and the decoration harmonious. Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room and living room opening onto an enclosed garden (garden furniture and parasol, barbecue). A private parking space is available nearby Due to its location, 10 km south of Perpignan and 7 km from Thuir, Ponteilla is close to most of the tourist sites in Roussillon.
