Large enclosed shared garden with trees and flowers of 800 m². Shared swimming pool (10 x 5 m with roller shutter as a security system) accessible from May to October. Underfloor air conditioning, shared and managed by the owners. Escape to Ponteilla in this peaceful cottage with shared pool, flower garden and all modern comforts for an authentic stay.
