This beautiful 2-star house is located in the village of Pontenx-les-Forges, 10 km from Mimizan. It comprises a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a garage.

A beautiful outdoor terrace completes the accommodation, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with family or friends.

You have access to a private, fully fenced garden of approximately 660 m².
