Pour résumer, la qualité du logement laisse à désirer en matière de propreté : poussière sous le lit et miettes dans les tiroirs étaient présentes. Une forte odeur de renfermé et d'humidité régnait, et il était impossible d'utiliser le chauffage pour atténuer ce problème, les radiateurs étant coupés et inopérants. Il y a un an, nous avions loué un appartement au premier étage dans le même immeuble, où tout était irréprochable. Aujourd’hui, cette expérience est malheureusement très décevante.
