Beautiful, bright 2-room flat with sunny balcony suitable for 1-2 persons
The holiday flat Auricula No. 8 with 2 rooms is located on the first floor of the Chesa Auricula, at Via d'Arövens 18 in Pontresina (quiet street without through traffic) in the natural neighbourhood of Muragls, with a magnificent view of the mountain panorama. The 60 m2 flat is very bright and has modern furnishings with a large flat-screen TV and its own WLAN. It offers a bright bedroom, a living room with views in two directions, a bathroom and a closed kitchen with a small dining table and far-reaching views of the mountains.
In addition to the round dining table with space for several people, the living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a single armchair, a TV and a decorative fireplace. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres) and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bed linen is included in the price.
The bathroom has a bathtub (with bath and shower facilities) and a Closomat. A hairdryer, hand and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee machine (Nespresso system), kettle and dishwasher, fondue dishes and toaster.
The south-facing balcony is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol.
In the communal areas of the house you will also find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use, a storage room for your bicycles and a ski room. The underground car park with a parking space assigned to the flat can be reached via an outside entrance next to the house.
The hiking trails start directly in front of the house.
All 3 large ski areas can be easily reached by bus without changing buses. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away on Dorfstrasse.
