This beautiful and spacious vacation home welcomes you in a quiet and green location.

A large part of the house is surrounded by a shady veranda, where you can enjoy your meals together or relax with a good book. Your dogs can roam freely in the large garden, which is fenced in and a large play area for your four-legged friends and children.
The beaches of Porto San Giorgio, il Lido di Fermo and Porto Sant'Elpidio sono are just a pleasant drive away. Spend many hours on the kilometer-long sandy beach, which is particularly child-friendly and has calm and shallow water thanks to breakwaters. The Monte San Bartolo nature reserve is also a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Hike along the paths and enjoy the fantastic views.
