This beautiful and spacious vacation home welcomes you in a quiet and green location.
Come with your extended family and your dogs and spend your vacation in this typical Italian vacation home. Here you can relax away from the city, enjoy the tranquillity of nature and get-togethers.
A large part of the house is surrounded by a shady veranda, where you can enjoy your meals together or relax with a good book. Your dogs can roam freely in the large garden, which is fenced in and a large play area for your four-legged friends and children.
The beaches of Porto San Giorgio, il Lido di Fermo and Porto Sant'Elpidio sono are just a pleasant drive away. Spend many hours on the kilometer-long sandy beach, which is particularly child-friendly and has calm and shallow water thanks to breakwaters. The Monte San Bartolo nature reserve is also a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Hike along the paths and enjoy the fantastic views.
