Respect for the facilities: Pool is SEASONAL MAY-SEPTEMBER. (The pool is not heated).
Hot tub is by reservation ONLY. The hot tub fee is $250 per stay. Please let us know if you would like to reserve the hot tub for your visit.
We know safety matters too – especially when you’re traveling with loved ones. That’s
why we’ve taken every precaution to ensure peace of mind during your stay:
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the home.
• A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located in the kitchen as per fire
code.
• Pool door alarms and safety gate locks secure access from both the front
yard to the backyard and from the deck to pool and lake areas.
• Two lifesaver rings are provided – one at the pool deck and another at the
lake dock.
• A fully stocked first aid kit is conveniently located under the sink in the
primary bathroom.
• Five life vests are available. Please note they are only adult-sized;
children must bring their own properly fitting life jackets.
Additionally, security cameras are strategically placed outside to monitor entry points
(front door entrance as well as all gates or door access points including carport) as well
as overlooking backyard areas like the pool and lake for added safety. Cameras record
video and sound but rest assured – there are no cameras or audio recorders indoors.
Important Note:
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. There are no barriers between the home and water’s edge; all swimming and water activities are at your own risk.
But safety doesn’t mean sacrificing comfort! Stay in and whip up a feast in our fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher? Check! Microwave? You bet! Coffee maker with both K-cup and drip options? We’ve got you covered, caffeine addicts! Gather around the lake-facing dining table that seats eight and toast to the good life.
Comfort? Rest assured that our carefully chosen bedding and towels will provide a
hotel-like stay in a private home setting.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the two car garage area. Guests will not have access to the locked closet near the 2nd bathroom or the locked closet in the Master's room.
Getting Around:
This property is a 15-20 minute drive to GMC & GCSU. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offers various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 15 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 20 minutes away from the property. Boat Ramp Access: Twin Bridges Marina is a 5 minute drive from the property.
