Marina and me invite you to our dream home to have a dream holiday in a peaceful independent one bedroom top floor flat . It’s a new build flat with all necessary amenities. The flat is very well located in a peaceful surrounding with 2 mins walk to the beach 🏖 and 5 mins walk to Quayside. It has all the famous restaurants, shopping Mall and Walk Ways nearby. You can travel to various islands via boats and Yacht. You have all the ingredient of a perfect dream holiday Sun 🌞 Sand and Sea 🌊

Key can be collected from Premier Shop 31 Blandford Rd, Poole BH15 4AT. CCTV camera at the main door. No pets allowed, No parties allowed as its quiet neighbourhood. If you loose the flat key and fob there will be a charge of £199 for duplicate key and fob. If door lock needs to be changed it will cost as quoted by locksmith .
