The Sanctuary is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated on the Carter's Quay Development, with a Juliet balcony that welcomes natural light and incredible views. The property is in a prime location, just a short stroll to Hamworthy Beach and Park, and only a 10-minute walk to Poole Quay and Poole Town with its range of restaurants and shops.
Take the stairs to the third floor. The open plan living and dining area boasts a Juliet balcony with incredible harbour views. The property is comprehensively equipped throughout with a fully fitted, self-catering kitchen. The master bedroom, with a 5ft king-size double bed, has stunning harbour views from the floor-to-ceiling window, and a modern ensuite that has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom is spacious and homely with a double bed. The large family bathroom has a bath with a shower, sink and toilet.
Parking - One reserved parking space.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
