I wouldn't stay here again if it were the only hotel available. Tonight I went out and got some take out Chinese food and on the way back my wife called and said there was no utensils or plates or anything in the kitchen so I should ask at the front desk. So when I got back I asked the girl working and she said "we don't have that", so I said, wait, you have a kitchen and stove but no utensils? That makes no sense. She rolled her eyes at me and said "and it seems like you don't care either" . She said "if you would read the fine print on the internet you would know. If you need utensils, go buy it" that of course sent me over the edge. I mean, they bring you breakfast if you want, would that be without utensils? I'm sure if she wanted, she could have helped us out, but couldn't care less and as I'm waiting for the elevator, she's talking to a customer that walked in at the end about me. I've never been treated by such a rude person in a long time. Do yourself a favor and find an extended stay or other hotel with a kitchen that is actually usable. Also, check the "fine print" on the internet and nowhere does it mention anything about bringing your own utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Truly enjoyed our 5 day stay. First time staying at one of these types of hotels. Was nice to have a kitchen with a full size fridge. Ben was very comfortable and the fact that I had a recliner really put the room over the top. The cost was very reasonable for all the amenities.

Didn't care for location. Discusting dumpsters visible and close to front door. Loud furnace type sound inside room constantly even when AC was off. Room phone rang at midnight but was tryingbto sleep so Didn't answer. No message left so have no idea why call occurred. Next morning we reportedbitvand desk person couldn't explain why.
