The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Arezzo, in a splendid panoramic position on the Medieval Castle of Poppi.

VILLA the BALZE is an early '900, finely restored and equipped with every comfort, to house up to ten people. The house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen and two living, surface of 180 square meters. It has three entrances and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a double room with bathroom with shower (also for disabled), tea room with wood stove, sofa and desk, dining room with sofas and satellite TV, kitchen with fireplace, table for ten people, dishwasher, five-burner stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower, two double rooms with shared bathroom with shower (access to this plan directly from the garden).
Outside is the private swimming pool (5 x 11m) with indoor and outdoor lighting, hot shower and deck (open in mid and high season). The brightness of each corner of the residence, nestled in the quiet of the forest of oak trees, where spot deer, fallow deer, roe deer and collect mushrooms, blackberries, olives - depending on the season, make the villa an ideal place for a living in absolute tranquility, immersed in nature. Florence is an hour's drive, Arezzo and Siena is 40 minutes 90 minutes. From Arezzo you get to Rome by train in only an hour and a quick five minutes, so are possible day trips to the capital.
