The house has several apartments and private parking. The homeowner does not live in the house. The supermarket is only 150 meters away and there is a children's playground in front of the house.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house on 57m2 large area and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining table and pullout couch for 1-2 people, the 16m2 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower / WC.
