Gute Lage aber schlecht ausgestattet

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut gelegen, man ist auch gleich im Zentrum, aber sie ist nur mit dem allerallernoetigsten ausgestattet. Besonders die Kueche und das Bad koennten renoviert werden. Fuer 2-3 Naechte reicht es.
