The villa itself is decorated in traditional Istrian style and wooden details in combination with light tones create a feeling of home.

On the ground floor of the villa are the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the top floor.

There are double and single bedrooms.

The villa has a private pool where you can swim on hot summer days and then relax on the sun loungers around the pool. If you want to read a book or have a cool drink, you will find a pleasant spot on the garden furniture.

Barbecue enthusiasts will certainly enjoy the charcoal barbecue next to the covered dining table in the garden.

Not far from the villa is the small town of Motovun, situated on a hill from where you have a marvellous view of the river Mirna and the forest that adorns the area. There are many truffles in the woods around Motovun, so set off in search of this delicacy, accompanied by professional foragers and their dogs. A fun experience that becomes perfect when the search is successful!

The drive to the coast is quick and easy, so you can visit the beautiful Porec, where the Euphrasian Basilica is located, and get to know the beauty of this town. The town is also a great choice if you want to spend the whole day swimming and enjoying the beach.
