Holiday house Nicol is a beautiful newly built house in Basarinka, not far from town Porec.
The house is in its own garden, which is only available to the guests of the house. Basarinka is just a few minutes from restaurants, pizzeria, cafes, shops and 3 km from the sea. On enclosed property guests can use terrace with a dining table, grill, trampoline and 2 parking spaces.
Holiday home Nicol consists of two separate units with a size of 145 sqm on two floors. In the first unit on the ground floor we find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double room, a single room and a bathroom. The second unit on the first floor has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
