It is situated in a quiet location and, thanks to its facilities, is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. On the 1000 m2 plot, guests have at their disposal a 36 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a covered terrace with a large table and benches for outdoor dining and a well-tended garden for communal use. Covered car park for several cars directly in front of the house. This holiday flat for 5 persons is located on the first floor and has a living space of 72 sqm. It consists of a living room with satellite TV and exit to the covered terrace, partly with sea view, equipped kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double and single bed, shower/WC and separate WC.
