The nearest beach is only 150m away, and the beach with sports facilities and a pine forest is a 10-minute easy walk away. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, and parking space for one car is provided in the nearby city parking lot (approx. 700 m away).

On the first floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa, as well as a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
