The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The apartment is located in the settlement Kukci only 3 km from the beach and the center of Porec. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.
