Three bungalows in a row surrounded by a garden and a house with three apartments are located in the village of Kukci, just 3 km from the beach and the center of Poreč. The bungalow with communal pool and covered barbecue is on the ground floor and has direct access to a green garden with palm trees and shady trees. One apartment is on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The garden is fenced and your children and four-legged friends are welcome. Parking spaces within the building are available in the courtyard. The property is attractive, well-kept and located in a very quiet area. Residential units have private entrances, balconies or terraces. On request, we can provide you with a travel cot, a high chair or a cot free of charge. In the immediate vicinity, just 350 m from the house, there is a small shop selling fresh baked goods and other items, as well as the Marina restaurant.



The heated pool is open from May to the end of October. The lockable bicycle storage is included in the rental price.



A small but lovely oasis of wellbeing. Pure relaxation! Inside the complex, we offer massages and a hot tub in the middle of an idyllic garden with plenty of privacy for an additional charge.



Hot tub on request at an additional cost, 30 minutes 5€ up to 4 people/from 15 years of age.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT



Bungalow on the ground floor, in the middle of a green garden, with 2 bedrooms, living-dining room with sofa, modernly furnished and equipped with complete cooking and eating utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. The private, very intimate terrace, which is not visible with loungers and garden furniture, is there.

The bungalow has satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking in the courtyard of the house. The heated communal pool in the garden also has a cozy barbecue area.



ADDITIONAL COSTS

Registration and cancellation fee - 3€ per person, deposit (refundable upon departure) - 100€ once, final cleaning - 50€ once, tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid in cash on site.
