Villa Daniela Veleniki is situated in a typical Istrian village, only 5 km from Porec and the sea. This stone house was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished in a modern way. On its own 800sqm fenced property, the guests of the villa have a saltwater pool of 48sqm with sun loungers and parasols, barbecue and dining table with chairs for outdoor dining. Two private parking spaces are located outside the property, directly in front of the house.
The famous restaurant-tavern is nearby and several supermarkets are cca 4km away.
Villa Daniela Veleniki for 6 people with a living space of 240 sqm consists of three fully air-conditioned floors. In addition to the classic air conditioners, the whole house has underfloor cooling/heating. On the ground floor there is a living area with exit to the pool area and garden, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, laundry room and bathroom with shower/toilet - on the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and on the 2nd floor (attic) there are a spacious double room with its own shower/toilet and sitting area.
Thanks to its location, Villa Daniela Veleniki is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside and yet a 10-minute drive from the beach.
