We offer 2 brand new apartments, with lots of light and greenery. Situated in a quiet residential area of Gulici, just few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Porec. You have the whole 95 sqm apartment for yourself. Its on the 1st floor of the family house. It has two large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, new bathroom, and a nice terrace with a sitting area overlooking a garden.
Quiet residential area, vacation houses and family homes. Lots of greenery and a village feel like.
Gulici are just 3 km away from the strict center of Porec. Spadici and Materada beach are 2 km away. The best way of getting around is with bikes, and this is also a great place to explore the interior of Istra and other seaside towns like Pula and Rovinj.
