The shared living and dining area, which is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, is a real feast for the eyes. The kitchen has a counter, which is particularly suitable for preparing delicious meals with your family. Preparing even the most complicated dishes is an easy task if you have a helping hand! If you fancy cooking and dining al fresco, you'll love the charcoal barbecue on the terrace.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, both with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower on each floor. Forget everyday worries and stress and finally treat yourself to a good night's sleep.

Although the villa is only 5 kilometers from the beach, it is very likely that you will spend most of your vacation in the villa's stunning outdoor area. Try out the swimming pool, then take shelter in the shade of one of the parasols, grab a slice of watermelon and treat yourself to a glass of refreshing drink to cool off on warm summer days. Your children can play in the children's playground while you sit back and relax in the outdoor dining area. Adventure seekers will find that the 4 bicycles at your disposal in the villa are the best means of exploring the area around the villa.The villa is located in a small village near the tourist hotspot of Porec. Its location near the sea will delight all beach-goers, as the beautiful Spadici beach as well as the famous tourist resort Zelena Laguna in Porec are only a short drive away from the villa. Porec offers a variety of stone and pebble beaches and the beautiful turquoise Adriatic Sea will take your breath away! If you are more interested in history and culture, you can take a walk through the historic center and visit the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Istria is also known for its good transport links, so you can quickly reach all other popular tourist destinations such as Novigrad, Umag or Pula by car. For those looking for an active vacation, there is the beautiful gravel bike path Parenzana nearby. The trail stretches along a former railroad from Porec to Trieste and is certainly the best way to get to know Istria on two wheels!
