Beautiful, rustic villa "Simone", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Kirmenjak 7 km from the centre of Poreč, in a sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (5 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2.3 km, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 7 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
5-room villa 170 m2 on 3 levels. Wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. So wie in der Werbung vorgefunden, alles funktioniert, sehr wertige Gartenmöbel, ordentlicher Pool mit Wasserfall, sehr gepflegtes, romantisches Grundstück. Freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieter. Sprechen auch deutsch. Auto erforderlich. für Hundehalter geeignet, da geschlossenes Grundstück. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
