Villa BLUE DREAM is a cozy 4 stars villa with private swimming pool and garden with mediterranean plants only 6 km away from Poreč and the sea! Quiet and picturesque location only 5 minutes drive from the center and beautiful beaches. Free Wi-fi, air-conditioning, private parking for 2 cars. Ideal for families or groups up to 6 (+1) persons.

It has approximately 146 sqm on two floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and separated toilet. It can comfortably accomodate up to 7 persons.

On the ground floor there are an entrance hall, spacious living area with flat screen TV set and SAT/TV programmes, fully equipped kitchen with large dining table with chairs and couch (can be used as a one-person’s additional bed) and exit to covered terrace equipped with table and chairs, toilet and bedroom with two one person's beds and private bathroom with shower.

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each one with french bed and private bathroom (one of them is equipped with shower and another one with bath tube). One bedroom has exit to a balcony.

All the rooms are air-conditioned. The villa provides free wi-fi, SAT/TV, two parking places and quite surrounding. Towels, sheets, tea towels are provided and are changed weekly, villa is cleansed weekly (additional cleaning is possible on request and is paid additionally).

The garden has approximately 450 sqm, it is fully fenced and provides a lot of privacy. Here you can enjoy in swimming pool and sunbathing, or dining on the spacious terrace.

Our villa is located on a very quiet and peaceful location at the end of the village Buići, surrounded by greenary and few villas. The nearest restaurant is only 650 m away, and some supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine) are 5 km away. The center of Poreč and Euphrasian Basilica are 6 km away, the beautiful pebble beaches in Zelena Laguna are 8,5 km away, the city of Rovinj - 35 km. The Pula airport is 52 km away and it is possible to arrange transfer for up to 4 persons from/to (paid additionally).
