Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire Villa Fuskulina, including all living spaces, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, utility room, fitness and wellness area, and all outdoor amenities such as the private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and multiple terraces. There is a private parking area directly in front of the property, accommodating up to four vehicles.

Just a stone's throw from the coast and not far from the picturesque towns of Poreč, Vrsar, Novigrad, and Rovinj lies this very spacious, architect-designed luxury villa with stunning views of olive groves, vineyards, and - on a clear day - the Adriatic Sea. The 8-person villa is situated on the edge of the village of Fuskulin, bordering olive groves and the beautiful Damjanic Wine Estate, a renowned Croatian winery. Within a short drive, you’ll also find several beautiful beaches along the Poreč coastline, ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or watching the sunset by the sea. The nearby town of Poreč offers a vibrant mix of coastal life, with a marina, restaurants, and historical landmarks just 10 minutes away.



Getting Around:

Villa Fuškulina is located in the quiet village of Fuškulin, just a 10‑minute drive from the beaches of Zelena and Plava Laguna and the historic old town of Poreč. The area is easy to explore by car - free private parking is available at the villa, and the nearest supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Rovinj can be reached in about 35 minutes, while Pula Airport is around 45 minutes by car. The location offers the best of both worlds: peaceful countryside surroundings and quick access to the crystal‑clear Adriatic coast.

Please note the following:

• Included in Your Stay: Bed linen, towels, pool towels, and final cleaning are all included.

• Pool Heating: Pool heating is optional and available from April to October. The cost is €40 per day.

• Electric Car Charging: Charging costs for electric cars are settled on-site. Please check the current price with our local host upon arrival.

• Welcome Guide: Detailed house instructions and local tips are provided in a comprehensive welcome guide available at the villa upon your arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

Our hosts Marlena and her partner Miro will contact you before arrival and will be present on site for check-in and check-out. Our local host will be available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay. While the host will not be present at the property constantly, they are readily available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. This villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
