Villa Salvea is located in the village of Montižana, not far from Poreč. Thanks to the beautiful greenery that surrounds it, this 4-bedroom villa is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. The villa is dominated by a rustic style of decoration, which gives the place an adequate dose of that wonderful rural simplicity and warmth. An additional bonus is certainly the outdoor wellness area consisting of a swimming pool and a hot tub. The villa is suitable for 9 guests, but is also suitable for groups of young people, and pets are allowed.

The villa is 190 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fireplace and a dining room with 8 seats. In a separate room there is a large kitchen with a bar, equipped with all the appliances you might need to prepare a meal. In each room there are French doors that give access to the outdoor terrace. On the ground floor you will find many details in a rustic style completed with wooden beams and wooden furniture. All rooms are air conditioned.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 3 are on the 1st floor. Each bedroom is specific in its own way - each is in a different dominant color. 3 rooms have a double bed and 1 has 2 beds for 1 person. There is plenty of natural light in all the rooms thanks to the large windows. The room on the 1st floor has access to a balcony with a lounge area, ideal for an afternoon relaxation with a book or coffee. And the panoramic view of the landscape adds to the overall impression. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with towels, hairdryer and toiletries.

In the courtyard of the villa you will find a true green oasis. Surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean trees, Villa Salvea will provide you with the kind of vacation you've been dreaming of for a long time. The natural fence will ensure maximum privacy so you can swim and sunbathe without any worries. We think the 50 m² pool will be quite enough for swimming and the good news is that the pool is heated so you don't have to give up swimming even on colder days or evenings. Next to the pool are sun loungers where you can sunbathe, relax, or read your favorite book, and then move over to the jacuzzi and enjoy to your heart's content.

Although the villa is in a small area, everything you need is within easy reach. Water and amusement parks, coastal towns, beaches, wineries... Istria has it all, and so does Villa Salvea.
