Villa San Biagio Heart

Villa San Biagio Heart is located in Istria, in the beautiful town of Poreč, which will delight you with its tourist and gastronomic offer. In this villa, you will recharge your batteries and feel like royalty thanks to the beautifully decorated interior. If you have been planning to escape from the hectic everyday life for a long time, now is the right opportunity to do so and delight yourself and your loved ones with a dream holiday!



Villa San Biagio Heart was built in 2022 in a rustic construction style, and a few modern additions will delight every visitor! The villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people who have 62 m2 of living space at their disposal. You will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds, and there is also one ordinary bathroom with a shower cabin. The bedroom leads directly to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy swimming in the 27 m2, 1.4-m deep pool. There are deckchairs by the pool, and you will spend the evening socializing at the covered outdoor dining table with 4 seats. You can also use the outdoor summer kitchen, and you don't have to prepare food in the kitchen inside the villa, but you can try your culinary skills on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill.



You will also like the special lounge area for sitting and relaxing, which is also located next to the pool, and there is also an outdoor shower.



On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, and right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for 4 people.



Additional facilities at your disposal are a separate toilet, washing machine, and iron.



The yard of the villa is fenced, and there is 1 parking space outside it.



Istria has always been a good choice to spend an annual holiday, and you will be convinced of this thanks to the excellent gastronomic offer, and there are also many cultural and historical sites such as the Euphrasian Basilica. Cities such as Rovinj (35 km) and Pula (60 km) are also nearby, which are also worth visiting.
