Comfortable newly built villa with private pool and garden is located near Porec in a small place Montizana only 10 minutes from the beach and the sea. The interior of the house is furnished in a modern and a new style. In the garden there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. The entire property is fenced and provides to its guests full privacy. In the exterior there is a covered terrace with a barbecue. The ground floor of the villa consists of a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and a double sofa bed for 2 people. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. A dining room has a large table, a small storage room with iron, washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: a bedroom with double bed and balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Also there's a bathroom with tub. In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a nice private pool with chairs and umbrellas. A parking for two cars is in the garden..
