The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning and offering direct access to a terrace. The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is appointed with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom includes a French bed of 180 cm by 200 cm and benefits from a private shower and WC.
