With five bedrooms, sleeping ten people, this split-level home is sure to please and accommodate the whole extended family.
Upstairs is dedicated to the master bedroom, with ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioner and a balcony overlooking the Ovens River.
The main living area is located on the middle floor with an open plan kitchen, dining and large lounge area with two leather lounge suites.
Downstairs is a large family and games area with a billiard table, table tennis, some seating and large double doors opening up to the backyard. You will also find another three bedrooms and a bathroom with spa bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
This property can also be booked alongside its sister property, Riversong which can accommodate up to 6 people.
This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays, part of the Dickens Real Estate group.

The open plan kitchen and dining flowing into the main lounge room makes this a great house for the family to gather together. The dining table has enough room to comfortably fit 10 people with windows looking out to the rolling backyard which meanders down to the Ovens river. A wraparound verandah at the back enables you to eat inside or outside with ease.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
2 separate living areas mean that there can be movies playing downstairs in the house, a quiet game of cards upstairs and a game of pool going on as well. All the spaces have large couches, TVs and heating and cooling options making this house ideal year-round.
