KITCHEN & DINING
Plenty of space in this kitchen, a separate butler’s pantry with a full-sized fridge/freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast with plenty of bench space, microwave, huge oven and gas cooktop and the essential holiday appliance, a dishwasher. Some added extras include a rice cooker, a slow cooker, a Soda Stream and let's not forget the Nespresso Coffee machine – it’s going to be hard to leave and eat out at our many awesome restaurants and cafés. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area, this is a great house for the family to gather. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
This amazing property has 2 living areas, one for the kids to sit and watch TV and one for the adults in front of the huge rock fireplace with a magazine and a glass of local wine. Another area off the bedrooms enables any work from home or study options with a desk area and extra bean bags to hang out in. Both lounge areas have Smart TV’s

WIFI is included at this property.

HEATING & COOLING
Slow combustion wood fire in the living room, ducted heating and cooling in the rest of the house. Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

BATHROOMS
Ensuite: Shower, toilet and vanity
Main Bathroom: Shower, full size bath and vanity. The toilet is separate.

LAUNDRY
Contains washer & dryer and plenty of storage space.

OUTDOORS
Featuring an in-ground pool (available October - April *please note the spa is not functional*) and fantastic undercover entertaining area with table and chairs for all & gas BBQ, there is even a bed for the pooch! Many memories will be created in this awesome fully enclosed back yard.

PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. *Please note this property is fully fenced however, the front gate/fencing is more suited to medium – large dogs. Small dogs MAY be able to get out under the fencing.
