The accommodation offers a perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Jade Coast; 300m from Porteau Beach, the coastal path and approximately 1km on foot from the town of Sainte Marie.
This detached single-storey house of 40m² on a plot of 300m² with a small unheated swimming pool from 1st June to 30th September (2m long and 80 cm deep, treated with chlorine) has a double bedroom with TV (140 bed) accessible from the outside or inside of the house, then a second through room serving as a living room-TV or bedroom with a double bed (140 bed) thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The kitchen-living room is equipped with all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home; vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator - freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The bathroom with WC is through so it is accessible from each bedroom. For maximum comfort, an external room with a washing machine and an additional WC are at your disposal.
On the garden side, this is enclosed with options for you to relax: a 20m² wooden terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and sun canopy, or the second wooden terrace which provides access to the swimming pool with a small outdoor lounge and sunbeds to help you unwind.
