This 45m² ground floor apartment is located in a private residence by the sea in Pornic. It has a location within the "HORIZON ATLANTIQUE" residence, with a secure outdoor parking, direct access to the customs officers' path leading to the Fontaine aux Bretons Beach, and a heated swimming pool available from 15 April to 15 October. Nearby is the ECO DOMAINE DE LA FONTAINE AU BRETON, which offers dining spaces, a bicycle rental service, a grocery store and a SPA area. It has a double bedroom (140 bed) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.



The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; vitroceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, mould casserole, citrus press. The living-dining room has a television, Wi-Fi access (fibre network) and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is independent and passes through the bedroom. A hairdryer, a washing machine completes the rental. Enjoy the sea-facing terrace and its outdoor furniture (table, chair, parasol, sunbeds and electric plancha).

Access to the residence is via a secure gate and the accommodation has a reserved parking space. Access to the accommodation and swimming pool is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

There is also a free shuttle during the summer period 200m from the house to reach Pornic and other nearby beaches.



For electric vehicles, the residence has a Green up socket.

Superbe appartement

Tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre séjour. À part un souci de fuite d’eau à notre cafetière Nespresso. Heureusement la conciergerie a très vite résolu notre problème. Ce serait bien de mettre à disposition des résidents une cafetière classique avec filtres pour remédier au problème.
