Stay in Pornic for a holiday where everything can be done on foot. By bike, set off on an adventure on the "Vélocéan" trail, follow the coast and the creeks from Pornic to La Bernerie and La Plaine sur mer or head towards the long sandy beaches of St Michel and Saint Brévin.

100m from the old Port quay and 500m from the first beach, stay in this town house named "TY BREIZH". Built in 1880, this former fisherman's house in stone and slate was certainly one of the first buildings within the famous Gourmalon district known for its famous villas with multiple architectural styles.

This semi-detached house of 90m² has a courtyard with a 20m² terrace with no overlooking neighbours and has on the upper floor two double bedrooms, one of which is a through room, and a single bedroom with an office, thus accommodating up to 5 people.

On the ground floor, the lounge is open to the fitted and equipped kitchen with induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary kitchen equipment so that you feel at home. A shower room and two toilets complete the rental.

Also at your disposal are a hairdryer and a washing machine.
