Come and discover the 43 km of coastline of "La Côte de Jade" and the maritime city of Pornic. Set off to explore its coves and sandy beaches in a preserved natural environment, combining the charm of a tranquil countryside and the proximity of the ocean.

This family house of 140m² on a fenced plot of 835m² has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, thus able to accommodate up to 8 people.

The living area consists of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and living room and is equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a filter and pod "Senseo" coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (rice cooker, pressure cooker, seafood accessories). The living room with WIFI has a television and a wood stove (available from October) and gives access to a 25m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. (Table, chairs, sunbeds, garden furniture, shade cloths, gas plancha).

The half-landing offers two double rooms (160 beds) one with access to the balcony, a bathroom and an independent WC. On the lower level is a double room (140 beds), a bathroom, an independent WC and a double room (two 90 beds) with a TV corner.

A laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, a travel cot completes the rental. You have three parking spaces on the property.
