Located in La Joselière, just 50 m from the beach and water sports center, this cozy holiday home sits within a private estate offering a shared pool and tennis court. With about 24 m² over two levels, the house features electric heating, an open living area with garden access, a kitchenette, a sleeping nook with bunk beds, plus a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a sofa bed (steep stairs). Enclosed private garden. One parking space is provided.



The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. Tennis court access is available by reservation. The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and another tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also available.



One pet is allowed. A free shuttle service to the train station is provided.
