Then on the ground floor, a living area with dining room and equipped kitchen (induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a TV lounge area with Wi-Fi and sofa bed. A second independent toilet completes the rental.
