The accommodation, classified as a furnished tourist accommodation 2**, is 40m² spread over two levels and features on the upper floor a double bedroom open onto the staircase, a bathroom and an independent toilet. Then on the ground floor, a living area with dining room and equipped kitchen (induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a TV lounge area with Wi-Fi and sofa bed. A second independent toilet completes the rental.



A terrace area with table, chairs, lounger, parasol and electric barbecue are at your disposal.

To park as close as possible to your accommodation, favour the public car parks known as "blue zone" in Verdun (North area) or the Station car park (East area), free spaces with a maximum duration of 7 days.
