Welcome to La Parenthèse Marine, a beautiful 124 m² house nestled in the peaceful Noëveillard district of Pornic. This spacious and bright property with a shared pool, shared ping-pong table, landscaped garden, and large private terrace is the perfect retreat for family or friends, accommodating up to 10 guests on the Côte de Jade.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms have dedicated workspaces, ideal for remote working. The mezzanine overlooking the main room serves as a bedroom (sofa bed) or play area for children.
Enjoy the secure, shared outdoor pool, open from mid-May to mid-September, with a children’s pool. The fenced landscaped garden offers a green, peaceful setting, while the large private terrace with outdoor furniture is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing.
