Come and stay in this lovely charming house for your next holiday in Pornichet. Designed with your comfort in mind and able to accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, it is ideal for enjoying good weather and sea air with family or friends.
You will be seduced by its beautiful white facade and large tree-lined garden, perfect for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation in the shade of the trees. A sunny terrace will also allow you to enjoy your breakfasts in the sun.
Ideally located just 250 metres from the beach, the house offers you easy access to the sea for a refreshing swim at any time.
Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover the living area with the lounge area, equipped with a sofa and a television. Just next to it is the kitchen with a dining table. Fully equipped, you will find an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. For added comfort, a washing machine is also at your disposal.
Still on the ground floor, you will access a first bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer.
Upstairs, you will discover three bedrooms: one is equipped with a double bed (140x190), the second with a Queen Size bed (160x200), and the third with a Queen Size bed (160x200) as well as a bunk bed, ideal for two children. A second bathroom is also accessible upstairs.
A beach return shower is also available in the garden.
To park, you can park for free on the street.
