The beach at Pointe du Bec located just opposite the villa is ideal for swimming, sunbathing or walks along the coastline. Moreover, the coastal path offers a pleasant walk, allowing you to discover marine landscapes and access other neighbouring beaches.
Fully renovated house in 2023, carefully decorated with comfortable, up-to-date furniture (new and vintage).
Feet in the water, the location is unique and very rare, no road to cross, the beach is in front of the house
Upon entering the villa, you will discover a large living area with a living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen, a utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer) A bathroom with WC.
You will have access to a large garden with 2 terraces.
