And what if you put down your suitcases facing the ocean? Put down your suitcases in this bright 100m² apartment located on the seafront, in Pornichet. From its large terrace, admire the Libraires beach at your feet and let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves.
Outside, a 20m² terrace will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays: outdoor meals, lounging facing the ocean or aperitif at sunset... the setting is ideal for recharging.
Located on the second floor with an elevator, this spacious apartment has everything to seduce you. Enter and discover a beautiful living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows overlooking the ocean. The lounge, comfortable and warm, invites you to relax after your days at the beach, in front of a good film or a sports show on television. Just next to it, a large table awaits you to savour your meals with family or friends, with the horizon as a backdrop.
The independent kitchen is perfectly equipped to allow you to prepare good little dishes: induction hobs, refrigerator, a freezer with 3 drawers, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment.
On the night side, three comfortable bedrooms are at your disposal. The first bedroom offers a Queen Size bed (160x200), a beautiful sea view and has an adjoining shower room. The second bedroom is also equipped with two single beds (90x190) that can be brought together to form a King Size bed (180x190) while the third bedroom includes two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or friends. A bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets complete this accommodation.
For greater convenience, you also have a bicycle storage room that will allow you to store up to 6 bicycles in complete safety.
