Let yourself be seduced by our lovely 160 m² villa, ideally located in a residential neighbourhood, 900 m from the beach (approximately 15 minutes on foot), 500 m from Pornichet's shopping avenue and just a stone's throw from the market.



It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining room and a lounge. You will also benefit from a large south-facing terrace on the upper floor, accessible from the master suite, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun throughout the day.

You will have access to a fully enclosed garden as well as a courtyard with a parking space.
